Crawford claims common sense but offers only nonsense!

SUSAN CRAWFORD’S LIES:

RAPE:

Crawford has falsely accused Schimel for ignoring rape cases by not addressing 6,000 rape kits.

FACT:

When Brad Schimel became Attorney General in 2015, he inherited about 6,000 kits that had not been tested for decades. By the end of Schimel’s term, every kit that needed to be tested was tested. A process was then put in place to prevent future backlogs.

SOFT ON CRIME:

Crawford falsely accused Schimel of being soft on crime.

FACT:

As a judge, she released an accused child molester of a 5 year old girl on a signature bond and allowed him to live across from a school and to work out at Planet Fitness. He’s already free due to her light sentence. She also gave a slap on the wrist to another child molester from Middleton.

A man threatened to kill police officers in a standoff, pointing an AR-15-style rifle at them while intoxicated. What did Crawford give him? Probation and 4 months in the Huber jail. She also refused to send to a prison a Madison man who was accused of biting a woman and breaking her nose and jaw in terrifying incidents. Last but not least, Susan Crawford was accused of trying to rush pardons for 27 convicted Criminals.

ABORTION:

Crawford falsely stated that Schimel supports the 1849 Abortion Law.

FACT:

Schimel has strongly believed that in the future any Abortion Law should be decided by a public referendum or legislative action which supports what the citizens of Wisconsin decide. Like any law, Brad has promised to support the will of the Wisconsin voters, even if he personally disagrees with it.

CORRUPT:

Crawford falsely accused Schimel of being corrupt. Corrupt means having a willingness to act dishonestly in return for money or personal gain.

FACT:

This, Brad has never done. Crawford’s claimed examples of monetary payments to Brad for changing legal actions are fictitious.

VOTER SUPPRESSION:

Crawford falsely accused Schimel of Voter Suppression. Crawford represented Far-Left clients who sought to have the Wisconsin Voter ID law struct down.

FACT:

Schimel has never supported the suppression of voting. Schimel, like the vast majority of Wisconsinites, supports the requirement of Voter ID as an important law to protect your vote against voter fraud.

SUSAN CRAWFORD’S LEFT POLITICAL POSITIONS:

Act 10:

Crawford wants to eliminate Act 10 which has saved Wisconsin taxpayers $30 billion. If eliminated, all money which are mandated to be paid by state employees for pension and health plans would be eliminated.

Campaign Financing:

During the last 5 years, wealthy out-of-state people, including George Soros and ILL Governor J D Pritzker have donated over $63 million for Left Wisconsin Supreme Court Justices and Democratic Candidates. In the last Wisconsin Supreme Court election, $10.5 million was contributed to the liberal candidate which represented 97% of all out-of-state money.

Transgender:

Crawford fought for and represented a major provider of child sex changes, sex change surgery referrals, and child puberty blockers.

Boys in Girls’ Bathrooms & Women’s Sports:

Crawford represented a group that demanded that kids share bathrooms with transgender teachers.
